Night work, so my week has one usable evening in it

I work nights in a care home four days out of seven and the shifts rotate, so the only fixed point in my life is Tuesday evening. Everything else moves. If somebody needs two evenings a week at predictable times, I am not that person and no amount of goodwill will make me one.

Thirty four, out west, three years in. My last partnership ended when my rota changed and neither of us could adapt. He was extremely decent about it and I still think we gave up too early, mostly because we had never talked about what we would do if the schedule broke.

So I am putting it in the post. Tuesday, most weeks, for two or three hours. Occasionally a weekday afternoon at short notice when a shift falls out. That is the whole offer.

What I would like in return is something that survives a thin month without either of us treating it as a verdict. I am reliable inside my window and completely unavailable outside it.

Not looking for anybody who will suggest I find different work, which I would if I could. Not looking for something that needs a lot of messaging during the day, since I am asleep. And not looking for a partner who wants to build a social life around this with me, because I do not have the hours and I would let them down.
