The core of this situation involves an exercise ball inflated beneath you as your wrists and ankles are chained spread eagle to a wooden frame.

A: Wooden structure constructed from 2x4s.

B: Chains secured to eyelets on the frame, wrapping around both ankles and wrists.

C: An ice block securing the ends of two distinct chains. This ice serves as a backup release mechanism if the primary one fails. The ice block must be substantially larger than Block J so that it does not melt away before the primary system activates.

D: Exercise ball. It starts deflated during setup. There is sufficient slack in the chains to allow you to lean forward while the ball is flat, enabling you to reach the top of the frame and access the locks on your wrists.

E: Compact air compressor with an integrated pressure regulator. The regulator needs to be adjusted to a very low setting, such as 15 psi.

F: Key for the locks, electric surge protector, and wall-mounted timer. Set the timer for the shortest duration needed by the compressor to fully inflate the ball. To start the bondage, reach forward and switch on the surge protector to power the compressor.

G: Spring-loaded pressure relief valve calibrated at 20 psi. A secondary relief valve placed in the airline prevents overinflation of the ball if the compressor’s pressure sensor malfunctions.

H: Air release valve.

I: Primary release mechanism consisting of a heavy weight tied to the air release valve, suspended from a block of ice.

J: Ice block hanging from the post.

Once power is supplied to the compressor, it begins inflating the exercise ball underneath you. As the ball rises, lifting your body upward, the chains tighten and stretch your limbs toward the corners of the frame. The chain lengths should be pre-measured to ensure adequate slack for full inflation. Once inflated, both the key to the locks and the power switch will be entirely out of reach. After the pump stops, you remain trapped until the ice on the post melts, causing the weight to drop and pull open the release valve. Note that large compressors often have substantial air tanks capable of holding pressure even after the unit shuts off. This setup can be executed anywhere outdoors provided your compressor tank is large enough to inflate the ball completely without needing continuous power.

As always, inform someone about your plans before tying yourself up. I strongly suggest inviting one or two friends to arrive around the time you expect to finish. If your guests tend to come early, leave a paddle nearby so they can spank your naughty behind if desired. Adding a large gag to muffle your cries is also a good idea.
