B: robust elastic rubber band (e.g., from a bicycle inner tube)

C: rope or chain

D: metal ring

E: rope/chain linking A2 and F

F: nipple clamps (Japanese clover style)

G: handcuffs fixed to A3

H: (large) dildo mounted on a rod

Position yourself, press the rod against the wall, insert the dildo, and clip your nipples. Ensure that E is cut to an appropriate length so that when you lean forward as much as possible, the dildo remains inside you.

To allow your stretched nipples some relief, let the dildo slide further inward.

Once everything is secured, stretch the rubber bands over your shoulders and lock your hands in the handcuff. You will need to contend with the elastic band’s force driving you deeper onto the device:-).
