Image Image I’ve always been a fan of tight bondage, but doing it by myself can be tricky. I’ve experimented with bungee cords, weights, and various other gear, but I’ve finally discovered something that truly works.
A few months back, I picked up an adjustable bed from an older couple nearby who were downsizing. They even helped me get it inside. It’s similar to a hospital bed but in queen size. The head, middle, and foot sections all rise and fall using a small cable-controlled box.
The best feature is that the entire mattress can be raised or lowered by about a foot. If you haven’t seen one before, keep in mind that while the mattress moves, the base frame and headboard stay fixed.
I quickly realized this bed was ideal for self-bondage. I’ve sketched out my setup on the computer as best I could. If anything looks off, let me know and I’ll clarify any questions.
Essentially, it’s like a standard spread eagle position, but you can make it much tighter using the bed controls. Since I enjoy pain, I incorporated that element too, though it’s optional.
First, I put on my cuffs and arrange the ropes. I use an ice lock on both wrist ropes for extra security. I secure my ankles first, then apply TENS units to my nipples. Next, I lower the clover clamps and attach them. Instead of a chain between the clamps, I use a regular cord so it doesn’t interfere with the TENS signal.
Pulleys are essential for the clamps; otherwise, they loosen when the mattress rises. The pulleys keep everything tight, while a rubber band maintains tension without pulling too hard.
Then I secure my left hand and crank up the TENS intensity using my right hand. This usually takes a few minutes because it hurts quite a bit. Once done, I push the TENS box out of reach. I then use a double clip to fasten my right hand. Since there’s plenty of space, this is straightforward. Finally, I grab the bed control and lift the mattress. I raise it partway, wiggle around until the pressure feels even, and repeat this process a few times until it gets very tight. I then lower the cord-controlled mechanism to the floor and let go. Now I’m trapped with significant pain until one of the locks gives way.
Lots of warnings: Practice first. Use good cuffs that won’t cut off your circulation. Don’t leave yourself tied up for four or five hours until you’re absolutely sure your blood flow isn’t compromised. The same applies to your nipples. Most people can’t handle clamps for that long; many can only endure about 15 minutes. Mine are durable because I’ve done this often, but most people’s aren’t as tough. If you’re unsure, leave that part out. You can also use a vibrator or other accessories with this setup. New adjustable beds cost a lot, but if you check want ads and eBay, you can often find older models cheaply because they are difficult to move and ship. I’ll never be without one again:-) Of course, this is mostly fantasy for me—I don’t actually do it that much:-) -Pinkbottom
