I Would like a scenerio please

I’m looking for a scenario I can pull off that stays hidden under my clothes, so I can keep working and doing other things. It needs to last over 12 hours while keeping me aware of it every single moment. Earlier is better, please. The stricter the rules, the more I like them, but it has to be sustainable for LONG stretches.
