Requesting software for self-spanking

I need a self-spanking program that tallies the strikes by sound. For instance, you set a target number of spanks. Each time you strike yourself, the app counts down once it detects the noise (or when the volume exceeds a specific threshold). If such software is available, I’d really appreciate a link:) If not…Well, I hope creating one isn’t too difficult.
