Assistance with Sleeping While Locked Up in Chastity

Is sleep difficult for anyone else while wearing a chastity device? I’m struggling to rest because every time I notice it, I remember I can’t take it off until authorized. This constant awareness leaves me overly stimulated without any release, which keeps me awake. It seems like most newcomers face this when sleeping locked up, but does anyone have advice to get through the adjustment period?
