Punishment gag

Ive found a simple and fast method to create an intense gag for those times when you want that super strict vibe. Grab a bar of soap and push a thin dowel or similar pencil-thick rod right through the center. Next, attach some kind of elastic strap (I use one from my bra) to both ends of the soap bar. Then just pop it in your mouth and loop the strap over your head. It would be great if I could share an image to make this clearer.
