Hi there. I recall mentioning in an earlier thread that I have pubic hair (which is quite the conversation starter!). Someone then wondered, “What sort of submissive keeps their pubes?”
I want to clarify upfront: this is my personal decision. It’s more about how it feels for me than anyone else’s opinion—I dislike being completely bare. Not because I appear childlike; I just look odd without them (strange, right?).
I stick to routine upkeep—trimming here and there, waxing the bikini area—the usual stuff everyone does. The issue is that I’ve shaved in the past several times, leaving the regrowth very thick and coarse. Consequently, I plan to keep waxing until it returns with a finer texture.
Could anyone share some advice? For instance, what helps reduce the sting? I recently took an Aleve and used up our last wax strip on my bikini line and part of the upper area (those strips were kind of disappointing—they barely lifted any hair). Do you have recommendations for products applied before or after to soothe the irritation?
Also, what method do you prefer for waxing? We own Nair strips labeled “For Legs and Body,” but they seem more suited for legs alone. Using them on my underarms was a total failure. The bikini line handled okay, though nothing spectacular.
I’d lean toward ready-made strips to avoid the hassle. I don’t fancy heating up wax, applying it, then grabbing cloth strips afterward. However, if that method is truly faster and less painful, I’m open to it.
Any other suggestions would be great—like ideal hair length for waxing or tips to stop ingrown hairs. Thanks!
