I came up with a new gag for my own use. It’s made from a PVC fitting, sized at one and a quarter inches, bent into an L-shape. I got it at the local hardware shop. With the bend pointing down, I put the fitting in my mouth. Then I pulled a surgical hose over my head until it secured the piece firmly but left the bottom opening clear so air could still pass through. This setup allowed me to move my tongue around freely if needed, whether for choking or vomiting concerns. The feeling was initially frightening, though after about twenty minutes it settled into mild discomfort as the sweat started up from the hose. I kept that gag in place throughout the two hours while waiting for the ice block to melt completely. I really liked using this gag and will definitely try it again.
