I was once an explorer just like you, until the piles showed up

I used to wander into tight caves and dive headfirst into the unknown!! Image To be serious though, I’m dealing with piles (haemorrhoids), just a small one. I haven’t done any anal play in ages, but if I get the urge to start again, it’ll probably stay on indefinite hold. I do have some ointment at home, although my doctor gave me the impression that “it’s not going anywhere”, and simply advised me to stop aggravating them. What a lovely lady she is:( Has anyone else ever experienced the joy of having piles?
