Waiting for a Phone Call

I’m going to build this in a week and two days, just before I head off on vacation.

Basically, you take a phone and remove the top cover. Disconnect the two wires that go to the speakers and connect them to a small 3.1-volt hobby motor. When electricity from the line arrives, it activates the motor which pulls a string. That would be ideal.
