Simple Knots for Newbies

Could I use some quick knots that are simple to undo in an emergency, yet tight enough during bondage time to feel helpless? I’m a beginner with selfbondage and don’t want total helplessness just yet.:gag: I know how to make a cinch noose and can get out of one, but some variety would be nice.
