Oval Spider Gag with a Large Ring Instead of Round

Can anyone point me toward a spider or ring gag that features a large oval ring rather than the standard round ones?… I really like the concept, and my wife does too. However, if I plan to use it as designed, I need one with a more distinct oval shape. I haven’t managed to locate anything quite right yet and am curious if others have encountered the same issue.

I’ve also been looking for an oval ring/spider gag instead of round ones. I've searched but come up empty so far. Unfortunately, while circular components are everywhere, oval or elliptical parts are harder to find. Here are some ideas and attempts: * Squeezing a split ring in a vise didn't yield great results. A welded round ring might deform more effectively. * Cutting a thin slice from seamless metal tubing and compressing it in the vise works well (avoids breaking a weld). I'd test aluminum first since stainless is pricier; ordering short lengths of aluminum should be easier and cheaper. * Slicing polycarbonate plastic tubing, heating it to soften, then squishing it in the vise. Polycarbonate (also known as Lexan) is very strong—think bulletproof glass—but not quite as tough as steel or stainless. To match that strength, you'd need thicker stock, though the wall thickness might affect how well it fits your mouth. The methods above apply to rings. Attaching the "legs" for a spider gag involves welding or similar joining techniques. I'm still figuring out how to do this without needing full-scale welding equipment. Please share if you discover a source for an oval ring, an oval spider gag, or other ways to create a suitable shape from strong, mouth-safe materials. Hope this helps!
