Copyright status of user-uploaded images

Over at, someone had developed a “Selfbondage Memory Game” that was progressing well, complete with a growing collection of picture sets. However, the issue of who owns those pictures arose, and they decided it would be safer to pull back from using them to avoid potential copyright lawsuits… (The story goes on…)

So… this has somewhat stalled the program’s progress. Without those specific picture sets, it’s merely a standard memory matching game… so…

To everyone here who uploads images: do you consent to let your posted pictures be used in creating these sets for the program??? You can also help verify your agreement by posting links to your photos right in this thread… (There’s no need to clog up the system with multiple copies of each image…) Only those linked here will count… --- link to the program coming soon ----- Here is that original post ‘over there’… (I’ll link it back here for you…) … a158904ab7

So, does anyone want their photos used to help move this “plain, broken, no picture-no working” program forward??? Just link your pictures here, and someone will grab them and add them to the game’s collection… It’s a great tool, but relying on just ONE legal image for testing (mine, and it isn’t even that exciting!!!) makes it get pretty dull…
