I was strolling through a large hardware retailer when I spotted something in the electrical aisle that really caught my attention. They were stocking these mesh gadgets known as cable pullers. Their purpose is to clasp onto the end of a wire, allowing you to feed it through ducts and similar passages. The examples on display were designed for 1/2” cables, which made me wonder… Are larger versions available? The answer is YES. I located them online with sizes ranging from 1” up to 3”… They do become quite pricey as the size increases, but I managed to snag one at an auction site for $15 (the regular price tag exceeds that by more than tenfold). Does it perform well? Absolutely!!!
