Hi all, Started a session yesterday, which could keep me locked away for up to a week, though I'm not really intending it to be that long. I've still never had a session longer than 3 days, so this has been a bit of a leap of faith! I've made it quite hard for myself, I need 25 requirement links, so appreciate your help on that: Some details of my session: The last session I did, unfortunately I was able to escape from because Emlalock doesn't prevent you from creating a second account and then offering your session to that second account, from which you can then view the combination. This time, I've set my second account as the keyholder for my session, and reset its password to a long random password, along with the associated email account. That (impossible to remember) password is in the keysafe with my keys. I've logged out of those accounts, so it's now impossible for me to access them again until the keysafe is open. The session starts at 3 days, and I hope it won't go too much over that, but its maximum is 1 week so plenty of scope for more than I bargained for. To add some serious risk of that, I've set it to force me to play exactly 10 blackjack games per day. For a bit more risk, I'm putting my friendlink out there too. feel free to use it, pass it on, do whatever you all deem necessary. This is slightly terrifying for me, as I said, I have never done a session that long, and in fact I had managed to refrain from any "activity" for a few days before starting the session so this will easily be the longest I've gone without for a very long time. I have a plan, cos it looks like I should get out tomorrow morning sometime. Before releasing myself, I'll get the keys all sorted out for another session, with the passwords re-randomized on the second Emlalock and email accounts and the picture taken for the combo lock. The tease I'll be trying to do is Apocalypse 2: I will obey the commands and requirements from that tease to the letter, except that I think I'll have to slow down a bit to avoid losing my load, which is essential to get back into chastity. My plan is that if I reach the end and haven't had permission to come, I'll lock myself up again immediately. Even if I have come I'll lock myself up again. I'll still have another 3 days available that I can be in chastity so I'll set Emlalock to minimum 1 day but this time with 50 requirement links. You all came through so quickly this time that I know I can trust you to do it again. This one is a real turn-on because I know that even if the time runs out I still can't get out until I have permission from you all through the requirement links. This time I'll set the games to play with minutes instead of hours, 25 minimum blackjack hands every day. This should still mean there's a real possibility of increasing the time but not continually leaving it at the maximum time. So looking forward to tomorrow, hoping I'll be out and kind of hoping that I'll end up back in chasity without release too. Question on EmlaLock session information, when looking at the voting for people in a current session, the "Time passed" is for the time that the person has been in the current session, "Time left" would be how much time is left in the current session. The last set of information is "Maximum" which I would take to mean the maximum duration the currently running session can last. If this is the case, I am assuming it would do no good to add any time to a person that had the following: Time passed 1 day 1 hours 50 minutes Time left 14 hours 9 minutes Minimum 1 days 10 hours Maximum 1 days 16 hours Although subtraction of time could work... is that correct? That's right. If time left plus time passed equals the maximum, adding more time achieves nothing while subtracting does work. It looks like my 'random' EmlaLock keyholder reads this forum LOL So here is my vote link again:

I was just asked to vote on a requirement link through an EmlaLock message (on their site). I assume they scrolled through the voting section's list and messaged me because we hadn't spoken before; I can't think of another way they'd reach out 'out of nowhere'. Three questions have come up: does voting via a requirement link function like standard voting... meaning, since my session has risk voting set to "On", could time be added to me if I vote on someone's requirement link instead of them gaining it? Or is the risk voting mechanism only active during normal votes? It seems plausible that time would add to me because when you visit their profile for requirement voting, it appears we are placed into the regular area. Also regarding standard voting... if I click subtract and have risk voting turned on, is there still a chance time gets added to me? Or does time only get added if I am adding time to another user? Lastly, my settings use hours. If I vote for someone whose times are set in days, during risk voting, would a full day be added to me or just an hour? Thanks for any replies... Tut

I don't believe risk voting applies during requirement or friend link voting, since you don't even need to be logged in for those. Log out of EmlaLock first if you want to be certain. Risk voting only adds the penalty amount you set when starting your session, and it is solely applicable when *you* add time, depending on random chance. Also, this should probably have been asked in the main discussion thread for Emlalock; this specific thread is dedicated to voting links.

I've kicked off another Emlalock session. I capped the duration at four weeks this time; previously, I only lasted a week and a half, so I'm hoping to get out sooner than that.
