Command-line utility for the Estim 2B device

Hi everyone, I’ve picked up my new Estim 2B and I’m really pleased with it. The PC control feature is especially nice!:-) However, I felt there was a gap in how to use this device with the excellent software available here. To bridge that, I am currently coding a small command-line tool so you can operate the unit directly from the DOS prompt. I’d love to hear if anyone else would find such a utility useful and might be willing to test it once it’s done (it won’t take too long to complete;-;) )

That sounds like a helpful addition. I’d be happy to test it out, though I don’t have a 2B model right now. I’ll keep an eye on this thread while I consider buying one.

I have a K8055 that included VB examples... Did yours come with example software, such as Basic or Visual Basic??? Not many people are familiar with DOS anymore, so something within Windows would likely appeal to more users... Although, I believe windowed programs can still command a DOS line program...
