Chastity for Those Who Are Lacking

I was diagnosed with testicular cancer when I was young (19), and I’ve been advised that a CB6000 won’t suit me. My current device is an older style exobelt; it does the job to some degree, but allows for release if needed. Any recommendations on which system could work best for me?
