Solutions for Better-Adhering Breast Forms

I’m trying to find ways to help adhesive breast forms stick more securely. I know about washing them with soap and letting them dry, as well as ensuring the skin is dry before putting them on. However, without a bra, they tend to fall off relatively quickly. Also, the edges were never particularly sticky to start with.

What do you recommend? Adhesives, tapes… any particular brands? Please also mention if there’s a specific “remover” needed for taking them off. So far, I’ve tried double-sided tape made for women’s clothing. It was a bit of a joke… The adhesive sides were incredibly weak; it was hard enough getting the tape to stick to my skin in the first place. Standard duct tape is much stronger than that, but might still be too light-duty for this use, and it wasn’t double-sided.
