Kinky applications for these items

I recently got a sales email from a building company featuring these items. They are inflatable bags, roughly 6” square in size. When inflated, they reach about 2” thick and support up to 100kg. Image There has to be a kinky way to use them? Any ideas on how I could incorporate them into self-bondage?
