Cock Cage rotation issue

Hello everyone, I want to stay in permanent chastity, but I have an issue: when soft, my cock cage and scrotum ring twist about 45 degrees either way. This causes a lot of pain and makes it hard to keep wearing them. Has anyone else dealt with this? Do you have any tips to prevent it? I’m using the smallest ring that fits me, and I only put lubricant on the cage itself, not the ring. Hope someone can advise. Cheers.
