Carlilock Condition

Hello! I’ve just secured myself in a Carlilock chastity belt. Now, I need to meet the conditions to get released. It would be lovely if someone who isn’t a member could assist me with this. This is my very first time using Carlilock, and I’m still figuring out what exactly I’ve gotten into.
