Ideas for a Crued Spanking or Whipping Device?

I don’t have any concrete concepts for creating something that delivers painful satisfaction during self-bondage, or perhaps crafting a heavier hand device for your submissive partner. However, I figured I could kick off the conversation.

I’ve been considering methods to spank or whip my subs when they visit me for sessions. These ideas were buzzing around in my head:

1. Could you attach a small cat-o-nine-tails to the blade of an upright fan and set it to low? Perhaps use a light timer to prevent overuse.
2. Or, what about securing a paddle to the central chain of a ceiling fan? As the fan speeds up, the frequency increases, causing the paddle to swing in wider circles. If your sub stands at the right angle and distance, they’ll get hit periodically as it completes its circular path.

What are everyone’s thoughts on these suggestions?
