experience with Android applications

does anyone have experience developing Android applications? I’d love an app for my smartphone that captures a photo and locks it away for a random duration, similar to how PictureLoKiT works. Looking at the archived discussion Ideally, you could take the picture directly within the app and lock it with just a few button presses. It might also save an encrypted copy of the image to the cloud as a backup.
