Hey everyone, here’s a strange question. I’m sitting around fully dressed up as the slutty look I want to be: four-inch heels and a sexy print dress. Can anyone tell me what those plastic hoops are for on the shoulders of this dress? Also, no wig or makeup yet! And yes, it is my first time dressing like this. Thanks everyone!
