How is a man supposed to score some anonymous hookups in the current era? According to CBS Minnesota, Alan Petrusson secured himself to a tree, donned a blindfold, revealed his privates and waited for casual intimacy near a public park, as reported by Ramsey, Minn. police last week. “It’s the strangest thing I’ve come across,” Ramsey Police Chief James Way shared with The Huffington Post. “Although we have received accounts of sexual encounters happening there.” Way also expressed doubt regarding Petrusson’s claim that he was merely resting. “I’m not convinced,” he remarked. “That’s a matter for the judge and/or jury to decide, should it reach that stage.” Because the tree in question wasn’t situated on park grounds, Way noted that Petrusson is facing accusations of indecent exposure, lewd behavior, and trespassing. A park-goer who talked with CBS Minnesota was less than delighted to learn about public sexual activity at the location. “I really don’t care for such bold displays,” the unnamed woman stated. Source
