Hello everyone. The concept here is to keep the tight restraint while in a spread eagle pose. I attempted an illustration but wasn’t skilled enough, so instead I grabbed an image from online and edited it to resemble a sketch. This setup involves quite a bit of preparation, yet the result justifies the effort. You can swap out some gear, but if you want to mimic my preferred method, gather these items:

    1. wrist & ankle restraints with loops

  3. electromagnet + power source (details below)
  4. electronic timer
  5. pulley
  6. 5 anchors
  7. heavy weight (details below)
  8. 3 quick-snap d-rings Here is the scenario’s layout Image A - electronic timer B - electromagnet C - weight D - pulley E - cargo tie-down straps F - d-ring G - anchor H - slack rope First, ensure your rope lengths are correct. The tie-downs aren’t very long, so I extend them with ropes to get the right measurement. Blue lines indicate the ropes, while red shows the tie-downs. My drawing depicts the ties connecting directly to the weight, with a coiled slack line near your feet for the lower attachments; however, those won’t reach on their own, requiring extension rope at that end as well. Determining exact lengths is more trial and error than strict instruction. You must be able to get into the position comfortably, bearing in mind the tie-downs have limited travel distance to spread you out. If you need extra help achieving this setup, send me a private message. To enter: Fully loosen your tie-downs and place all ropes correctly. Hang weight “C” on the line passing through pulley “D” (position it near the ceiling for maximum range of motion). Undress or get ready, then attach wrist & ankle restraints. Double-check that the timer is set!! Calculate your session time plus 5 minutes for setup, then start it. This will activate the electromagnet (avoid sticking to it immediately if you can help it). Begin Estim (if applicable) or insert devices; add any clamps here now. (details below) Sit centrally and clip your ankles to the rope at “F”. Lie back and pull both ropes “H” until you are partially spread. Now comes the harder part. The link “F” on the line connected to anchor “G” will stretch, but there should still be enough give for you to reach it and secure yourself. Once clipped, slide away from that point to tighten your arm. Then pull ropes “H” individually to fully spread into your final pose, with a bit more:twisted: Ensure you are wide enough!! It can feel disappointing once settled if you realize you could have gone wider. Add nipple weights if using them. With the magnet plate in hand, attach it to the electromagnet (it should be within reach; at this point, there is no turning back). Using that same right arm, pull the rope toward you to take up remaining slack and then release. The weight’s momentum will drag the strap down. You might need a few pulls until your arm extends completely straight. As you move slightly, some slack returns; just keep jerking the weighted rope downward to reduce it further, keeping the position taut. Then relax. The timer expires and releases one arm, allowing you to unhook from there…

Safety: It is wise to have a backup mechanical timer set for about an hour. If the digital unit fails or was misconfigured, this will eventually cut power and free you. Alternatively, if a friend assists, run an extension cord from another room. If they don’t hear back within a specific window, they can simply unplug it, sparing any total embarrassment during entry. Try spreading without locking your arms initially to ensure comfort with the restraints. Nothing is worse than an ankle restraint digging in painfully while you are stuck. Just Be Careful!!

Tie down straps allow pulling one way and lock unless you release the tab Image Weight - this is quite substantial (for me); it’s a weight from an old-style window. There is significant friction on the tie-downs, so they don’t slide easily; it must be heavy enough to pull when shaken but light enough not to drag continuously. Image Electromagnet- Available at many retailers. I found identical ones on ebay. Mine are rated for 170 lbs (DO NOT hang your full weight from them!). Powered by a small 12 V transformer.
