What do you think about adding a dedicated area for places?

I’d really like to see a space where we can find others who want to share their location. A straightforward forum with sub-forums would work well. For example, if you are in the USA, all states feed into your specific state and then you post from your city, or just say “Hi, I’m from…” I’d love to connect with people nearby. It would let folks help each other figure out where to buy things and enjoy activities like that. Not saying everyone needs to flood the pages with these ideas, but if you know I am in Washington state, feel free to PM me with questions or thoughts.
