Backup Release with Mind of its Own!

I guess the most unfortunate outcome would have been if my backup release had failed when I needed it, but I think we can all agree that what happened to me is perhaps just a step worse?;-)
So here’s the situation: a straightforward yet highly demanding setup. I was standing spread-eagle in tight high heels (5 inches tall), supported by home gym equipment. My CB-2000 was chained forward and downward toward the floor near my feet. The weight of the chain itself provided constant tension on my cock and balls, but I adjusted it so that if I shifted my hips back too far, the tortuous Points of Intrigue would start to bother me as well. Although I wasn’t aware at the time, I had already been in this position for about 45 minutes, with roughly the same amount of time remaining (my ice release uses an opaque cup, so there’s no way to tell how much is left until it melts!).
My backup was a reliable plastic oil can. I placed some treasured items along its swing path just in case I needed to pull it down—though they would also get soaked if the oil poured out onto me.
I was definitely getting weary. There wasn’t much slack in my ankle chains, so my thighs began to tremble here and there. Still, I had to stay as still as possible because pulling my hips back caused real pain. Enduring it was doable, though things were starting to get tricky.
Suddenly, while shifting my weight about two inches to one side (about the maximum movement allowed), I felt something lukewarm and wet land on my right arm, then travel down my side onto my stomach, cock, and leg—the oil can had dropped! It took a few seconds for it to sink in. My best guess was that part of my cuff snagged on the safety string while I shifted.
So there I stood with oil pouring all over me when I didn’t even want it! I managed to grab the key, free one wrist, then untie and lower the can so the flow stopped. It dumped roughly 3/4 of a quart onto me, but here’s the miracle: not a single drop landed on my treasured items below! Afterward, I took an hour-long shower just to feel clean again. Now there’s an oil stain on my garage floor that kitty litter is helping to absorb.
Bottom line: Glad to know the backup system works, even if this wasn’t exactly how I wanted to find out it did. Thanks for reading and be safe!
