Securing an Eye-Hole Using Two Padlocks

Hi everyone, I’m new to this forum and also fairly new to selfbondage overall; hello there. I own a collar that features an eye-hole with a locking buckle. My goal is to secure it using two padlocks simultaneously, ensuring that if one lock fails, the other can hopefully be used to release the collar. I was imagining using a pin with holes at both ends; I would insert this pin down through the eyehole and then attach the two locks into those openings on the pin. The pin remains in place until either of the locks is opened up. I haven’t come across such a specific pin at online hardware shops yet; since I’m not much of a hardware-store regular, finding it feels like looking for a needle in a haystack. Does anyone have suggestions for what might work? Thanks
