how to make socks for a schoolgirl uniform

hello again i’ve heard that making high socks can be straightforward. i’m not much of a sewer, so i’ll definitely need some guidance to get the job done (and they don’t have to fall down—love that pun!). also, i’ve finished all the other costume pieces:D
