Perhaps not in the strictest sense, but on this specific board, it truly is. You can snag inexpensive Halloween costumes practically everywhere… plus, most of the women’s outfits are pretty revealing…:P It might have been mentioned previously, but I think Halloween stands out as the best holiday for crossdressers.
