Timer gadget for the Hitachi Magic Wand

Can anyone tell me where to purchase or quickly build a gadget that switches a Hitachi Magic Wand on and off? The concept is that through a timer, or possibly connected to a computer, this device can activate the wand for short bursts every few minutes.
