just thought i would say hello, been lurking and enjoying reading all your posts for a while now so decided to join. hope to contribute more, watched with interest discussions on magnetic door holders, as i use these in my work all the time so will try to design something safe for you all. time releases i use are 2hr max. i have converted a couple of spaces within my home for my play rooms. both in the roofspace of the house and garage. the house can be made totally dark but the garage is colder. usually make myself do tasks while doing some form of CBT. these can be very boring but repetitive to give a great deal of movement to highten the sensation. one theme i like to add is my time penalty game. i drive around the country a lot and use sat nav. at the start of the journey i note the mileage and arrival time then i cannot drive out of the inside two lanes of the motorway and when i come to a junction i must be overtaken by a certain make of car to allow me to come off at that junction otherwise i must carry on to the next. at the end of the journey i check the extra miles and the extra time and this is then the number of clamps/pins and for how long, sure makes sitting in roadworks less boring. i usually play to lose will tell more later, as i must take my punishment for this weeks journeys speak later kd
