There are no zippers; instead, you squeeze your head in first (making sure the back hood is up before sliding your arms through the internal sleeves), then sit down with your legs crossed. Once seated, try bending your neck to bite the front hood and pull it upward as high as possible. After a few jerks of your head, secure the front hood.
