newcomer to self-bondage looking for a starter setup

Hi everyone. I’m new to self-bondage and this community, seeking a solid scenario for my first attempt. I own 30 meters of rope, a one-meter chain, two padlocks with six keys total, two belts, a bed frame with rails, and tape (which is strictly for gagging; I can’t use the whole roll). My phone vibrates too—I’ve tested it and confirmed it can drop a key from a height. With this equipment, what do you suggest?
