Newcomer's ask

Hi there! I’d like to give self-bondage a try. I’m open to pretty much anything, provided it stays inside and doesn’t need me to drill holes in the apartment walls. I don’t have any gear yet, so suggestions are welcome. Here is what I am looking for: a session lasting about 3 hours a time lock - meaning I won’t be able to let myself out whenever I please; Also, using an enema or being forced to drink my own urine would sound exciting… Thanks in advance.
