Cross-dressing fantasies and marital secrets

Hello, I’m a newcomer here, so please let me know if I step on any toes. For the past two decades, I’ve been cross-dressing both at home and in public, intermittently but consistently. My marriage is happy, and I consider myself fortunate because my wife knows about it and gets it. Still, there are times when I want to act out certain fantasies with someone else, especially since I feel too ashamed to look her in the eye and admit the truth directly. Am I being foolish, or is this fairly common among members here? Helen
