Gear and Equipment

Hello everyone, I’m not sure if I’ve put this in the correct section, but someone will likely see it and perhaps provide an answer. I am searching for a very attractive piece of bondage equipment, though I don’t know what to call it. I have seen pictures of it being used and find it quite arousing (at least personally). The setup includes a neck collar that must be lockable… attached to this are two bars ending in cuffs (also lockable), which hold the captive’s arms out at shoulder height… difficult to escape from, yet permitting movement. Does anyone know about these wicked pieces of gear?
