Enemas?

Not sure where to put this, so I’ll just stick it here. (wow in hindsight that is a really bad pun XD) I’m not very OCD about things, but I do have a touch of mysophobia (fear of pathogens via dirt on the hands). Among my odd fears are feces. I don’t freak out and loose it, but I would rather not have to deal with it. Though, I absolutely HATE taking out an anal toy and finding… errmm… detritus… on the condom. I’ve heard about using an enema to clean out the colon and anal area, does that work? How well does it clean out that area? (I’ve seen professional porn where a woman gave a blowjob to a dick that was literally just up her ass:shock: )
