ankle and wrist stock build for the weekend

I constructed some wrist and neck stocks ages ago, but they weren’t great. I ought to make new ones now that I’ve picked up more skills on how to build better things. However, instead of those, I’m putting together a pair of ankle/wrist stocks because an image showed up today and really sparked my interest. Here is the design I have in mind: Image And here’s how far along I am right now: Image I originally thought this would be a quick afternoon task, but the drill batteries are struggling with those massive hole saws.
