I’ve come across a very straightforward self-bondage setup - actually, I’m in one right now. It’s perfect when you have important tasks at hand but just don’t feel like dealing with them. Secure a cable tie around your testicles - tight enough to keep them from slipping out, yet loose enough for some movement (meaning good circulation). Then clip it to a padlock and lock myself to an eyelet fixed right under my desk. The height of the desk lets me sit down—though it’s a bit uncomfortable because they are pulled upward—and stand up—also slightly awkward since my knees must stay bent. My hands and legs remain free, allowing me to move around normally, except I can’t wander far from the desk. The key will fall within reach once the ice cube containing it melts.
