Here is a breakdown of the setup:

  1. Secure each foot by tying its three middle toes to their respective ankles individually. Check the diagram for reference. For the toe knot technique, watch this YouTube tutorial:
  2. Connect your ankles to your thighs using a standard frog tie method.
  3. Bind your knees firmly against the sides of the bed frame.
  4. Use a leash on the neck collar attached to the bottom of the bed. This stops you from sliding your body up toward the headboard, which would make it impossible to reach and remove your gag or nipple clamps.
  5. Optional step: Pull a tight string connecting each nipple clamp down to the corresponding big toe.
  6. Place a broomstick horizontally under your lower back to push you into an arched position.
  7. Restrain your hands above your head using zip ties, thumbcuffs, or handcuffs attached to a chain or rope loop. Be careful not to cuff them directly onto the wooden headboard itself; instead, attach them to a loop in the line that circles around and connects to the ring on an ice release device (or sock/ice). As a backup plan, keep an ice release key drop or knife ready nearby.

This is a very tight arrangement and one of my personal favorites. You will feel completely immobilized. The broomstick behind your back extends your torso significantly, enhancing that sense of vulnerability. If you bind your knees as shown in the picture, your legs may begin to shake involuntarily. Put on some dance music, and your trembling body might sync up with the beat just be careful not to tie your wrists, ankles, or thighs too tightly so you don’t restrict blood flow (especially watch out for…

The frog tie scenario involves using a strap to secure the penis in an upward position. This method can be effective for those looking for support during physical activity or simply wanting a different sensation.
