What Would Be Safe?

I got lucky today:D I found myself a friend who would love to take me for a walk. Because I couldn’t find a way to do it my preferred method, using self-bondage, I just asked a good friend. And she understood, and said she’d be happy to do it. But she told me that I must return the favor. She wants me totally dressed up (not an issue) and bound with a gag in place. My question is, for normal walking, like what any woman does in heels, which parts should be secured? What shouldn’t? I’m not very good at walking in heels. Would it be safe if she locks my wrists and elbows behind my back? Or should only my hands be locked in front of me, so when I fall I can catch myself a bit?
