The idea here is that you’ll be stuck on the dildo until you can release yourself, or at least your hands. Your lying on your stomach with your legs tied to the head of the bed, and your wrists/arms tied to the base of the foot of the bed so that you can’t raise them at all. The black and gray thing is your bed (black). Your chin is resting on the end piece of the bed frame. Directly in front of the bedframe is a folding table (the X thing). Feel free to use something more sturdy if you wish. Sitting on top of the table fastened securely to the edge, by tape or something else, is your dildo (pink). A ring gag (gray and darker gray thing around the head) is almost 100% mandatory for this, unless you feel like doing a lot of physical sucking.
