Do you know which country serves this page to you right now, and do you understand its laws there? Most people probably don’t realize it, but even if they do, the server location or operational base can shift to another country at any moment.
What is legal in your hometown might not be legal where hosts its data or operates from. The internet crosses borders easily, bringing with it a host of international legal complexities.
