an inquiry regarding a common belief

cam op and i have been tossing around sort of a myth in our talks lately, this one: when someone (man or woman) is pushed to the edge repeatedly, then hit with a sharp electric shock while being denied release, over time they take longer to reach that point again. eventually, after years of this routine—whether it’s two or three times daily down to once—their ability to cum suffers.

i need to know if this holds water, or at least if it works well as a story premise since i have several plots built around this idea. thanks in advance!:gag: -BEN
