Dita Von Teese Corset Shopping

Hi everyone. I spotted Dita Von Teese on the news today, standing with Richard Branson to celebrate Atlantic Airways’ decade in operation. I’m really impressed by her outfit. She’s wearing a red “Vegas Showgirl” corset that covers very little else, and what I love is how it extends right through between the legs, meaning she doesn’t need underwear underneath. Could anyone tell me where to purchase this kind of piece or perhaps what they’re called? I recall seeing Lady Gaga in something similar during her paparazzi footage as she falls, but the best match I’ve located so far is a YSL leather leotard corset. I’d appreciate any pointers.
