spread eagle type

i have been experimenting with rope ratchets again, this time i managed to come up with a way to do a “spread eagle” type thing that i finally cannot get out of until the release releases the key. I posted a series of vidcaps and a clip of the video because someone asked how one works the rope ratchet when doing that. its hard to see because the sun blinded the camera a bit but there is also a spreader bar at the wrists. … reads-well i have tried this both on my back and front side and for some reason on my back my arms get numb faster, even if its not pulled tight. i did manage to take a nap in this though last night:gag:
